Rep. Yekeh Kolubah returns to ANC with renewed strength

Exactly month after joining the four collaborating opposition political parties, Montserrado District #10 Representative Yekeh Kolubah has renewed his membership with the Alternative National Congress (ANC).

Speaking during National Unification Day when he officially joins the ANC Representative Kolubah said he was happy to be back to the party after staying away for sometimes. He assured ANC that he will ensure that the party’s presence is felt everywhere in Liberia.

“I am glad to be back to my party, we are not here to bring confusion”, he adds.

“I am here because the ANC is a good party. I need to come back home because I am a founding member of the party. Nowhere like home.”

Rep Yekeh Kolubah who on Sunday April 14, 2019 officially joined the four collaborating political parties, Unity party, Alternative National congress, Liberty party and the All Liberian Party said he will continue to speak against ills in the George Weah led government until the right things are done.

The tough talking lawmaker who is a founding member of the ANC said the world is watching their decision to hold the protest on June 7, 2019 and in so doing they need to guide the process.  

He added that he will not contest in the pending bye election in Montserrado County and will support anyone the party will back.

Welcoming Representative Yekeh Kolubah the party, ANC Chairman, Gbarpolu County Senator Daniel Naatehn said the presence of Rep Kolubah has renewed the strength of the Party.

On the June 7 protest, Senator Naatehn added no matter what dialogues the Liberian leader holds with the organizers, the June 7 protest remains a must.

However, Senator Naatehn called on organizers to conduct themselves peacefully as their political leaders; Alexander Benedict Cummings is a peaceful man and wouldn’t tolerate anything associated with violence.

The Gbarpolu County senator   the ANC will win the 2020 senatorial elections and the 2023 presidential and legislative elections.
