Donated items to the G.W Harley Hospital in Nimba

A former president of the United Nimba Citizens Council residing in the United States Habakkuk Nyah-Dokie,  has donated assorted non-food items to the George Waye Harley Referral Hospital and the Nimba County Detachment of the Liberia National Police in Sanniquellie City.  

United Nimba Citizens Council is a nonprofit and nonpolitical organization of Nimbaians living in the diaspora seeking the interesting of the county and it’s citizens. 

Habakkuk is a son of Nimba who hails from Sanniquellie and  living in the U.S

Making the donation in Sanniquellie at various donation centers, Mr. Nya-Dokie said, the gesture was his way of humbly giving back to his community. 

He was quick to point out that his intervention had no political motive adding that community service has always been his place throughout his life.

For his part, the Administrator of the G. W. Harley Hospital in Sanniquellie Mr. Ernest Kennedy lauded Mr. Dokie for his gesture pointing out that it was timely. 

Mr. Kennedy used the occasion and called on other Nimbaians to emulate the good example of Mr. Dokie noting that the gesture will help the hospital and the people of Nimba County 

Items donated include four pieces of Digital Blood Pressure Monitor, several dozens of cups for serving medicines, about twenty-five pieces of reflective safety vests for the LNP and about twenty-six pieces of torchlights.
