The offices of Bong County District # 4 lawmaker Hon. Robert Flomo Womba has trashed rumor that his office received financial assistance from Bong County Senator Henry Yallah for the construction of the Shankpallai bridge.

Speaking to this LPR recently in Gbarnga, an aid to the representative and the supervisor of the shankpallai bridge project, Mr. James Janteh said at no point in time Rep. Womba received a dime from the former chairman of the Bong legislative caucus nor the county development fund for the US$80,000.00 project in Kpaduellie.

James narrated that the project is being fully funded by Rep. Robert Womba with support from some of his colleagues at the House of Representatives and not from senator Yallah as being speculated in the County.

Recently, some youths from the campaign team of Senator Henry Yallah on Super Bongese Radio in Gbarnga claimed that senator presented some unspecified amount of cash to Rep. Womba for the construction of the Shankpallai bridge.

But Mr. Janteh described the claim as ‘big lie’ that has no iota of truth.

He named Liberia’s Deputy Speaker Prince Moye, district # 6 lawmaker hon. Moima Briggs Mensah senator Dr. Henrique flomo Tokpah and amongst others as people who supported his initiative.

The Bong county developmental Oriented lawmaker has over the past received numerous commendations from citizens of the area for saying that senator Yallah did not support the bridge project being undertaken by him.

Senator Henry Yallah is among several individuals aspiring for the senator seat in Bong County and has been supporting series of projects in County.
