The National Cyber Defense (NCD) of the Alternative National Congress (ANC) has condemned in the strongest term the continuous killing and raping of peaceful citizens by state securities in Liberia.
The NCD in a press statement issued on Wednesday July 15, 2020 in Monrovia mentioned the recent killing of a local car washer in Kakata City Margibi County by a member of the Executive protection Service (EPS).
“With a heavy heart and sadness of mind, we condemn strongly the recent killing of ABRAHAM MULBAH in Kakata, Margibi County by Gabriel Kamara who is a security of the executive branch of gov’t headed by ex-soccer star George Manneh Weah” the group indicates.

said Liberians are living in a time under the CDC gov’t where killing, raping and brutality against peaceful citizens are consistently carried out by those who have the mandate of the Constitution to “protect lives and properties” adding that what is most saddened is the realization that all those crimes go with impunity.
According to the group, on June 27, 2020, a police officer named James E. Domo deliberately shot and killed madam Mildred Kumba Tamba in View Point Community, Red-light for no genuine cause whatsoever; leaving her family and love ones grieving forever.
Moreover, the ANC National Cyber Defense indicated that quite recently another police officer named Winston Holmes allegedly raped a 15-year old girl who went to his assigned depot and complained an attempted rape on her person.
The release states that these wicked instances mentioned above by government securities against their own citizens which they are being paid to protect only tell the masses how insensitive the Weah led-government and his syndicate of “state looters” have become.
“This is not the change our people fought for! We will settle for nothing less until justice is served!
The cosmetic investigation by GOL after the mysterious death of MATTHEW INNIS and other gruesome attacks against peaceful Liberians did not yield any fruit; as such the people cannot trust this government that justice will be adequately dispense simply by carrying out the usual fake investigation of Weah’s criminal officers” the group claimed.
The NCD asserted that it will rally around the family of these victims of repressive system and by ‘all means necessary’ defend to the death the rights of its people
It says the National Cyber Defense with the support of tens-of-thousands of victimized Liberians by the current inept, criminal and oppressive system of governance will not allow this becomes business as usual and will stand firmly with the people in these troubling times always.
The NCD then used the occasion to console what it termed as peace loving people of Margibi County and family of the deceased as well as all other victims of CDC police brutality; and promised to reach out to Mr. Mulbah’s family in Kakata to sympathize.
Meanwhile, the group says NCD it appreciates the Political Leader of the Collaborating Political Party Mr. Alexander Benedict Cummings, Senator Daniel Flomo Naathen and all CPP stalwarts for the collective fight against corruption, nepotism, ineptitude and killing of peaceful citizens.
