President Weah wants Liberians unite to foster national Development

President George Weah has reiterated call for Liberians to foster unity as the surest way to drive national development.

 President Weah said citizens should unite regardless of political and religious affiliations.

The Liberian Leader claimed COVID-19 can be defeated with the spirit of oneness.

Speaking at the Official program making the country 173rd Independence Day Celebration, President Weah urged the citizenry to continue keeping the peace.

He extolled the National Orator Rev. Simeon Dunbar Founder of the Liberty Christian Center for the message that has once again caution Liberians to be patriotic.

President Weah at the same time lauded the efforts of health workers across the country as Liberia combat coronavirus.

According to him, government would ensure that the health workers received the needed support.

The President extended empathy to the family of all those fallen prey to the virus.

“Distinguish ladies and gentlemen I call on you today, to let us all put our differences aside whether they be politics religion or social let join together to fight this deadly disease. We are one people who pledge allegiance to the same flag”.

Meanwhile, the President encourages Liberians to observe the health measures as they celebrate the Independence Day across the country.
