Man, 22, in Police Custody for allegedly raping an 11yrs.old girl in Bong County

The report said after the examinations she was later placed on at least three days medication in order to stabilize her condition.

A 22 years old man known as Johnson Antowein is currently in police custody in Totota, Bong County for allegedly raping and 11years old minor.

The 22-year man is answering allegation against him for his involvement of raping his housemate.

Report says both the 11years old survivor and the accused are living in the same house in Sonayea District and usually give the survivor money of the cordial relationship among them.

According to the report, the 11-year old rape came to spotlight after some residents in the area observed wetness whenever the survivor sits somewhere.
Our reporter said some elderly women in the area checked her, it was observed by them that she has been tempered with.

After their observation, she was questioned about the doer of the act and she then pointed at the accused Antowein.

The report further said after she disclosed his name, immediately police were contacted and have him arrested.

While in his police holding cell, suspect Antowein denied raping the minor but admitted that it was one time in point when the minor entered his room and stated playing with his private but  warned her to stop.

Meanwhile, the survivor is expected to visit the C.B. Dubar hospital in Bong county for proper  medical examination to ascertain  whether she was tempered with by the accused.
