Prominent Nimba businessman endorses CDC senatorial candidate Koung

The Chief Executive officer of the Jungle Water Group of Investment Mr. Tomah Sie Floyd Sr has openly endorsed the senatorial bid of Nimba County District # 1 Representative Jeremiah Kpahn Koung.

Making the disclosure recently in Saipay Village in Garr Clan, District # 2, Mr. Floyd disclosed that he was supporting the District # 1 and MDR senatorial hopeful because he (Koung) is his son.

Floyd who is the Chief Executive Officer of the Jungle Water Group of Investment (JWGI) and the Jungle Energy Power (JEP) explained that the MRD senatorial Aspirant has been his son in the business sector for a very long period of time before getting into politics.

He further asserted that he made him through business and it was now time to continue his support to ensure that he succeeds for the senatorial post.

“Jeremiah is my son, I made him through business and politically, so I have to take him higher, higher”.

This is the first of its kind that the JWGI CEO has openly declared his support for a politician in Nimba County.

Floyd Sr mentioned that his support for Koung speaks volume and asked those who believe in him to rally around the District # 1 lawmaker to elect him to the house of elders comes December 8, 2020 special senatorial and referendum elections.

Representative Jeremiah Koung who is a candidate for the ruling party in the NIMBA senatorial race is amongst several individuals in the county vying for the senate seat which is currently being occupied by Thomas Grupee.

 

The JWGI and JEP CEO indicated that he is not a politician, but has right as a citizen of Liberia to excesses his political franchise, as such, he was openly declaring and informing people who trust his judgment about the way he was heading during this election.
