Lion Club International Governor Visits Liberia to Inspect Projects

The District Governor for District 403A2 of Lions Clubs International, Lossou G. Hermann Djibom is visiting Liberia to inspect projects.

According to a release quoted by a local media in Monrovia says  he will Monday  18, January 2020, from Lome, Togo, and departs on January 21, 2020.

While in Liberia, the release said he will pay courtesy calls on Government officials, tour Lions projects, and visit the local Lion Clubs.

He is a Togolese, married with four children.

He became a Leo (the feeders for Lions) in 1995.

In January 1999, he joined the Lorne’ Horizon Club. Ever since that time he has held numerous positions in his Clubs, Zone, Region, Multiple District and District.

Governor Djibom is a progressive Melvin Jones Fellow with five (5) diamonds. He has attended nine (9) Multiple & District Conventions and six (6) International Conventions and Conferences.

He is also expected to tour several Projects undertaken by the local Lions Clubs including but not limited to: the Liberia Government Hospital Eye Center in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County, the Eye Clinic at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center, the Fendell Elementary School in Fendell and the Visually Impaired Computer Lab at the AME University Campus on Camp Johnson Road.

Lions Club International is the biggest not-for-profit charity Organization in the world that seeks to meet the humanitarian needs of local communities especially the blind, the visually impaired, and the underprivileged through direct services to communities.
