QNET Public Relations Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa Maxime PETI said the Company has not secured office in Liberia

QNET, one of Asia’s leading e-commerce based direct selling companies has refuted claims of being “scam company” in Liberia.

The company which has been in Liberia two years now, told a gathering of media practitioners that the Company is legitimate and its products are real.

An official of the Company clarified that QNET sells more than 600 products to its Independent Representatives (IR) or customers some of whom are spreading falsehood with their selfish motive of damaging the image of the company in West Africa especially in Liberia.

QNET Public Relations Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa Maxime PETI  said though the Company has not secured office in Liberia, it is concerned about those using the Company name to engage in alleged dubious activities for their personal interest.

She said the network and integrity department has been created within QNET to deal with any act of misconduct of some distributors and to correct some of the wrongdoings that have the potential to undermine the integrity of the Company.

“We know that some of our distributors have engage in misconduct by misrepresenting the true image of our business and we want you know that QNET is not a come get rich quick company but is all about hard work”, she adds.

“For Liberia we are still investigating internally, but it’s taking so long because  the integrity Department had been focused in Malaysia”, madam Pete said.

Dealing with dubious customers

According to her, QNet Integrity Department is working hard to prosecute all act of misconduct and encouraged customers to report on the company’s social media pages the misconduct of some distributors.

Qnet Independent Representatives (IR) are selected based on recommendations and interest in buying ‘qualifying products’ or product with some price ceiling from the company.

The company sells hair, medical supplement, food and other household materials.

For his part Qnet Regional General Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa, Biram Fall said the company is about to establish office in Liberia to deal with some issues arising from distributors.

He added that the office will have individuals that will ensure that complaints about misconduct are addressed and mitigated in a timely manner.
