Kakata, Margibi Co._President George Manneh Weah has assured Margibians that it is about time they enjoyed part of his development for reposing the confidence in him as President.
He said, “It is time the people of Margibi benefit from the fruits they have planted over the years by electing him as President”.
The Liberian leader urged Margibians to work together and ensured they maintained the long lasting peace they enjoyed over the years.
He then cautioned them to be careful of deceitful politician, who will not seek there interest.
Pres. Weah recommitted himself to working with the people of Margibi and is working hard to making them smile, while they enjoyed the taste some of his developmental initiatives.
President George Manneh Weah was speaking recently at the start of his third Nationwide Tour, where he met and greets with people as a means of thanking them for selecting he as their President.
Development challenges
In a separates Townhall Meetings, held at the Kakata City hall and the George V. Gibson high school in Cinta Township, weala, western region of Margibi, the People of Margibi outlined numerous of challenges, including the inaccessibility road, lack of mobility from local leaders, inadequate water supply and low support to public health and educational facilities in the county, among other things, which the President planed to addressed.
The Liberian leader pledge his Government to collaborting with the Margibi County legislative cacaus to ensure all of their challenges is met, humanly possible as he describes himself as man of his people.
President Weah assure the people of Margibi County, both Kakata City and Weala Cinta Township of a construction of Modern library, housing units for nurses, youth centers as means of redressing their numerous of challenges.
He again assure the people Cinta Tocwnship Weala of ensuring that they get access to save drinking water, among others.
Meanwhile, President Weah, than assured the people of Kakata of lighting up, the major City as part of his commitment to ensuring that he light up Liberia.
“Now is the time your needs and wants are met, course you have repose the confidence as your president, I will not let you down, President Weah asserted.
Margibi County is part of several counties that president George Weah is currently touring 3 years after his election in 2017.
