“I have always love to impact people, I strongly feel, this University will impact the community and Liberia positively”,
those were words of Monsterrado Thomas Fallah on Sunday May 23, 2021 when dedicated a new university.
Rep. Fallah, reflected on his18years of struggle in the hunt of tertiary education due to lack of financial support.
Representative Fallah asserted that factors the affected his education including poverty is still very visible in Liberia something he noted that necessity the construction of the University to avoid young people going through the same stress he encountered while searching for quality education.
“The T-Five University is here for the People, I mean those less fortunate children, who don’t have it, but must be able to learn and help our society in the future”, he adds.
Representative Fallah indicated that people dreams must not be limited simply because they don’t have the money, noting that the T-Five University is available to poor.
The Montserrado County District Five Lawmaker stressed that he believes that no one should be denied education because of the lack of money indicating that everyone should be able to achieve quality and proper education to improve the society.
He mentioned that eight years ago, he started the T5 Academy with a vision to play his part in the development of Liberia young people and expressed his gratitude that he was able accomplished his vision.
He added that his vision has now transitioned from a high school to a university-college, to enable everyone have access to education.
In short remark, the Acting President of the University Dr. Samuel G. Toe, disclose that the University consists of five colleges; including The George Weah College of Business & Entrepreneurship, the Emmett Diggs College of Education & Liberal Arts, named after the late Special Assistant to Representative Fallah, Papa Kollie College of Education & Forestry, named after another late friend to Representative Fallah, the Mrs. Clar Weah College of Health Sciences & the College of Science & Engineering.
The newly Constructed T-Five University which will be fully open to the General-Public late September 2021, is made out at approximately 75 Rooms, 35 of the “break-out” rooms, Staff Offices, an auditorium- lecture hall and a variety of laboratories, including sales, finance and computer science.
In a related Development Montserrado County District #5 Representative also formerly re-open the T-Five Radio Station, within the same vicinity of the University.
