Who wears Miss Earth Liberia Crown? As Brand new Chevrolet up for grabs

Describe as Liberia classic and most reputable beauty pageant, Miss Earth Liberia is back for its 4th edition as 11 Beautiful young Liberian ladies is expected lineup for the pretigous crown.

Besides that the colorful event is also expected to attract hundreds of Audeinces at the Ellen Johnson  Sirleaf, Ministerial Complex, this Saturday June 18.

Organized by the La Queen Entertainment, the pageant which has been in existence since 2006 with Liberia sending Miss Rachel Bidmia Njinimbam as the first Miss Earth Liberia titleholder and competed in Miss Earth 2006.

The Competition  has served as a great platform for empowering thousands of Liberian girls, in 2018 it was rebranded with Miss Wokie Dolo, former Miss World Liberia 2017 and owner of La Queen Entertainment began its first national director.

Eleven beautiful contestants ages range 18-25 chosen from a pool of 30 applicants will be vying for this year’s pretigous crown. As the organizer has unveiled a brand new Chevrolet 2020 Model Vehicle as the Biggest Package for this year’s event.

Apart from the brand new Chevrolet 2020 Model Vehicle that comes with the title of “Miss Earth Liberia”, the winner is also guaranteed an undisclose amount, lucrative ambassadorship deal with the Environmental Protection  Agency (EPA) others prestigious brands and accommodations. 

The Winner will have the power to represent Liberia in an International Pageantry Competitions such as Miss Africa Continential beauty pageant, Miss University Africa Pageant, Miss Polo International, among others pretigous beauty pageants.

“This is not just a pageant. We emerged in response to the realization that given the right platform, young Liberian women can drive positive change and inspire other young women across the continent. We remain committed to those values as we head into the 2022 pageant,” La Queen Entertainment and Miss Earth Liberia CEO, Ms. Wokie Dolo said.

Ms. Dolo, explained that Miss Earth Liberia is more than just a pageant but a platform that is geared towards shaping the minds of young women to tackle climate change at the grassroots level.

“The increase in the winner prizes and enhanced training model and support for contestants is incredibly important to motivate the finalists to be proactive in getting involved in climate change awareness, which the country needs badly,” she said.

“Things must change and that is why we want the campaign for change to be led by women. Our biggest dream at La Queen Entertainment is not only about seeing young girls one-day win Miss Earth but being recognized globally for their contribution to tackling climate change.”

For her part, 2021 winner Miss Odella Kanu Flomo, who currently serves as EPA Climate Change Ambassador for Miss Earth Liberia, praise the organizer for once again staging the pageant “This organisation is so close to my heart and it’s not because Iam a queen and will be turning over the crown, but because of its consistent dedication to making women and girls who go through the program become the best version of themselves” and I’m proud to have wear this crown, would always love being a Queen, Ms. Flomo said.

Meanwhile, unveiling the car and prizes for the fourth Edition of the Miss Earth Liberia beauty Pageant on Saturday at the Ministerial Complex, Alloycious David- Communication officer on behalf of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) lauded La Queen Entertainment for organizing the pageant, which core concept is not about the promotion of beauty but fighting climate change, an area in which the EPA needs collaboration to change public behavior towards the issue.

He said the EPA sponsorship towards the pageant is meant to reward visionary young Liberian girls who demonstrate an entrepreneurial or innovative mindset to help tackle climate change.

“That is why we are here to provide the necessary technical and moral support to the contestants for them to make the difference in their respective companies, be it as a winner or not, ” David said.

Lineup Constestants includes, Miss. Saymah K. Jackson- goddess of plant, Miss. Elizabeth S. Morlu- goddess of Star, Miss. Essiana W. Weah- goddess of Sun, Miss. Promise W. Toe- goddess of Time, Miss. Malai A.G. Senwah- goddess of Flower, Miss. Leona Perfect Duweh- goddess of Heritage, Miss. Gabrielyn B. Kamara- goddess of tears, Miss. Stephanie K. Wreh- goddess of light, Miss. Reneta B. Crayton- goddess of fire, and Gabrielyn G. Farngalo- goddess of rainbow, who will rivals for the pretigous Miss Earth Liberia crown on Saturday.
