The CEO of Spoon Group of Companies Stanton Witherspoon says will speak out at the appropriate time over Thursday US Justice department allegation of his involvement in Wire fraud.

If found guilty the defendants may face up to 20 years imprisonment, according to the U.S. Florida District Justice Department.
