In order to improve the Jackson F. Doe Hospital’s ability to respond quickly to medical services, Northside Hospital (USA) donated a substantial amount of medical goods valued at $200,000 USD.

Following a November trip to the United States, Dr. Victor Kaizer, the CEO of Jackson F. Doe Referral Hospital, effectively lobbied for the grant.

Crucial medical equipment like IV pumps, central line kits, surgical gowns, hospital beds, doctor’s office beds, gloves, ER examination tables, patient monitors, and many other necessary items are among the donated goods.
The hospital also received a large supply of COVID-19 testing kits, biohazard bags, Clorox cleaning solutions, and safety gear.

Important office supplies that would improve the hospital’s operational effectiveness were also included in the items.
It is anticipated that these contributions will greatly enhance the hospital’s ability to deliver high-quality medical treatment, especially in the areas of emergency response and surgery.

In addition to highlighting the beneficial effects this donation would have on patient care and general hospital operations, hospital authorities have expressed their sincere gratitude to Dr. Massoud and NorthSide Hospital for their kindness.

One of the most cutting-edge medical institutions in the nation, the Jackson F. Doe Memorial Regional Referral Hospital offers specialist medical services in radiology, internal medicine, pediatrics, and surgery.
Patients from all throughout Liberia and the surrounding Ivory Coast are referred to the facility.

In an interview, Chief of Surgery Dr. Romeo Massoud stated that the program is the Northside’s own method of strengthening ties with the hospital.

According to Dr. Massoud, Northside recognized the necessity of providing medical supplies to the Jackson F. Doe Memorial Hospital in light of the difficulties in Africa and after Dr. Victor Kaizer’s visit.
