FLORHAM PARK - Robert Foster will be the next principal of Brooklake Elementary School, beginning Monday, April 17. The principal change was announced one day after Caponegro and Florham Park Police Chief Joseph Orlando announced that their institutions had completed their respective investigations into student threats made in February at Brooklake School.
