The security of Grand Gedeh yea the Republic of Liberia is potentially pivoting to being comprised.

The encroachment of our land by”BURKINABES” from neighboring Ivory Coast is not going away.

During the weekend, it was brought to the attention of citizens of B’hai District in the Americas by some patriotic citizens in the District in Grand Gedeh County of the very inhabitants, leaders, and citizens are striving to sell a significant portion of land to the Burkinabes.

We the citizens in the Americas have been informed there are intensive discussions current on the way in my own town of ”B’HAI JOZON” to make a decision of giving land to Burkinabes for possible settlement.

We the citizens of the ’Bhai Jozon and the District categorically denounced such act incomprehensible and is meant to endanger our and more importantly compromise the security of the Motherland.

I spoke with Superintendent Kai Farley this afternoon concerning this revelation worth troubling.

Prior to this, we spoke with a member of the Joint Security Team assigned to the border with neighboring Ivory Coast specifically B’hai Jozon.

We are in possession of recordings in prior meetings and venue of the discussion that was held across the border Ivory Coast side.

Clear evidence of the presence of the Burkinabes approves itself recently when more than dozens were apprehended in Dougee Town recently by patriotic citizens of the town to safeguard their native land.

we  will to jointly address this dangerous situation with National Government of Liberian, and Joint Security apparatus of the country.

It can be recalled the government of Liberia in the past and taxpayers used national resources to deploy men and women of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Liberia and other law enforcement agencies in Gbarzon District belt.

To the entire citizens of the District in the Americas and Liberia must take allegations seriously to learn the experience of Ivory Coast.

In the coming days, I will be calling a major teleconference of sons, daughters and patriotic Liberians to say ”NO” to land encroachment by the Burkinabes with the help of unpatriotic citizens.

We will use every resource to our disposal to keep the heat on any act of encroachment. We will inform all relevant agencies of the Government of Liberia to this serious National Security concern of the Republic of Liberia. We keep our eyes on the unfolding happenings.
