Alphonso Zean Soe a Liberian Journalist currently based in the USA and a Community Leader. I graduated from The William V. S. Tubman High School in Liberia. I served as National President of the Gbarzon District Association in The Americas, Former Election Commission Chairman Grand Gedeh Association in 2011, Former Elections Commission Chairman Liberian Community of Rhode Island, two terms commissioner Union of Liberians Association the Americas, "ULAA" and currently Executive Director of the Liberia Public Radio; A Student of Rhode Island College Major Journalism. I also graduated from the Community College of Rhode, earning two Diplomas General Study and Journalism/ Medial Relations.
