The sport Writers Association of Liberia (SWAL) is warning the public against doing business with embattled president Roland Mulbah and team.

According to a communication posted on social Media under the signature of the SWAL Integrity Team, the tenure  of its embattled President Roland Mulbah has since came to an end  December of 2018 and anyone doing business with him will be at their own risk.

SWAL Integrity Team warns institutions and individuals to desist from doing business with the embattled SWAL leadership.

The Integrity Team claimed in its communication that they comprises of majority of SWAL members of the association and is calling on the public to desist from doing any business with the embattled leadership of the Sports Writers Association of Liberia.

The SWAL Integrity team in a release over the weekend under the signature of the Secretariat said “this is a very serious warning that anyone doing business with the embattled leadership is doing so at their own risk.”

The Group added that their argument is based on the fact that the tenure of Roland Mulbah and his embattled leadership has expired since December 2018; as such the leadership is illegally operating in violation to SWAL‘s constitution!!

The Integrity team identified the ongoing legal battles between the leadership and some members of the organization due to elections irregularities as issues that should prevent people or institutions from doing business with the embattled SWAL leadership.

The Integrity team claimed that they have intelligence that some sporting federations, companies and individuals are being ask by the leadership to do business with them.

They are meanwhile calling on those federations and companies to resist and expose the ROLAND MULBAH led administration in an effort to protect their own reputation.

Reading their communication the Secretary Benjamin Garkpah re-emphasize that until those issues can be addressed, it is illegal to do business with the embattled leadership.

At the same time, SWAL Integrity Team is calling on the outgoing leadership to immediately step down for an interim leadership to take charge and lead the organization a transparent election.

According to the group, they believe that an interim leadership will unite and promote the organization which has been divided and disorganized for the last five years.
