Botswana Football Association (BFA) have invited Liberia for an international friendly at the National Stadium in Gaborone on 30 September at 15:30 local time (1:30PM Liberian time).
According to a communication, the match is part of celebrations marking their 53rd Independence Day, which is usually climaxed with an international friendly.
In a letter to Liberia Football Association (LFA) secretary-general Isaac Montgomery, BFA secretary-general Mfolo Edwin Mfolo said Botswana will provide round-trip tickets, accommodation, training facilities and water during training and the match for a 27-man delegation for three nights.
After the match, the delegation will join Botswana President Mokgweetsi Masisi, Vice President Slumber Tsogwane, BFA President Maclean Letswhiti and other officials of government and football association for a dinner.
The Liberia Football Association is yet to openly respond to the communication from her counterpart honoring the invitation or not.
