As rape becomes protocol or the order of the day in Liberia, another three-year-old girl has again been victimized of rape by a man believed to be aged 15 identified as Belleh Barmah in Mamadu village, Bopolu District, Gbarpolu County.
This tragic incident occurred over the recently in in the area after the three years old survivor has gone to fetch water from a nearby hand pump within the village.
According to report, the alleged suspect having seen that the presence of no body around, he took advantage of that and the hand pump facility and put the survivor and forcibly started inserting his male organ in the survivor private part but it couldn’t easily enter.
An eyewitness told Liberia Public Radio that the suspect then decided to use razor blade to after he noticed that her private was too small to penetrate; split between the survivor’s anus and her private part in order to enlarge it and satisfy his evil desire.
Our reporter in the region said the incident happened on Saturday which is a market day for the residents of Gbarpolu County where almost everyone goes to do business at the market ground.
The alleged rapist, according to report was spotted rare-handed after having sex with the manner who was then bleeding and crying.
The accused in an interview with local Journalists admitted that he did the act and have not regret of doing it.
In fact he said, the three years old survivor incident was not his time but rather been doing this but family members have been compromising it on his behalf
The perpetrator who is believed to be a 15 year boy has since shown no remorse but boasted that will be set free from the crime.
The survivor is currently at the Chief Jallahlone referral medical hospital undergoing intensive medical treatment while the perpetrator has been charged and he is expected to forwarded to court in Monrovia.
Meanwhile, both the Rural women president Bendu Jah and the County’s Gender coordinator Musu Massaquoi have condemned the silly behavior of suspect Barmah in the strongest term and called for investigation the matter to the letter on ground that the court shouldn’t consider him being teenager and go scot free.
They have also added their voices to the Chief of Staff of the Arm Forces of Liberia Major General Prince Johnson, III to execute anyone who rape under ten years.
