The first bill relates to measures to protect victims of domestic violence, rape and sexual violence other than domestic.
Domestic violence, rape and sexual violence other than domestic are on the rise in our country, despite the protective measures provided for by national criminal law.
Also, this special mechanism adapts national legislation to the requirements of recent international instruments for the protection of human rights with effective protection measures that sustainably safeguard the life, dignity, physical and psychological integrity of the person.
The second bill concerns the amendment of law n ° 2019-574 of June 26, 2019 on the Penal Code.
This amending bill corrects errors or imperfections in form, improves certain provisions liable to give rise to interpretation and incorporates new provisions for an effective fight against impunity.
