A Liberian Woman identify as Nancy Payne from Sinoe County, who is claiming to be the Biological Mother to popular Ivorian footballer and FC Barcelona Midfielder Franck Yannick kessie, and his elder brother only identify as Kaetayku is asking for DNA test to prove her claims.
However, the Footballer Manager and Uncle Gustave Bailly is allegedly declining the claims and have stated there is no evidence to suggest that Woman has relationship with the Barcelona Star, and indicated that Franck Kessie father a (deceased) was an Ex- Ivorian Police officer identify as Alexis Kessie, who used to worked for the Republican Security Company (CRS), and and married to Dame Nathalie Djédjé, in Ouaragahio, Ivory Coast, 1996, where the footballer (Kessie ) was given birth and rise by his parents.
But the Payne and Dahn Families, said they are willing to explore all leads in bringing Justice to there Mother Nancy Payne claims to fruition, as they believe that Kaetayku and Kessie are their brothers, whom had went missing from their mother for years, and are asking for helping hands, specially the President of Liberia, George Manneh Weah, to intervene and bring relief to their mother by convincing the Popular footballer to undergo a DNA test, as the only means to bringing the matter to rest.
According to the Woman Nancy Payne, she was born in Nyenfueh town, Sinoe county, where she met a man identify as Bruno Yannick, an Ivorian National, proposed to be the Biological father to the footballer Franck Kessie, and they started an affair, that eventually led to them having two boys Children, Kaetayku and Kessie, in the town of Nyenfueh, Sinoe County, Southeastern, Liberia bordering with neighboring Ivory Coast.
Explaining her grieves to Liberia Public Radio of how it all happen, Nancy Payne said it was in Nyefueh Town, Sinoe County, where she met her would be two Children father when he “Bruno Yannick” and an unidentified white man came from the Ivory Coast to work at the Butor Oil Palm Cooperation (BOTC), where her elder brother used to work, and it was once on that faithful day “my brother sent for me, and there was where I met Bruno and we got engage as lovers and it was in few years time we had the two kids; Kaetayku and then Kessie’ and after two years, the contract of the two men has expired and they had to return to Ivory Coast, Nancy Payne, explained.
In continuation Mother Nancy Payne, who had additional three siblings two boys and a girl, told LPR it was after two years, her boyfriend (Bruno Yannick), had returned to Sinoe County to take her and the two Children to Côte d’Ivoire for schooling and reunite as one family, but by than she was Pregnant with a girl child identify as (Ruth Dahn) for her current husband and children father only identify as (Mr. Dahn).
“When Bruno came back after two years, he met me with belly”, and at the time I was pregnant with the girl you see (Ruth), he actually came for his children and myself to go to Ivory Coast, for their schooling and I told he it wasn’t possible, because I was pregnant and the children was small and he accepted, and left for Ivory Coast and promised that he would return for them in years ahead, She said.
According to Nancy Payne after another two years, Bruno Yannick had returned and she accepted for him to carry Kaetayku and leave Kessi- the Barcelona Star behind, because he was still very young and Bruno their father agreed and took Kaetayku, barely few years later he returned and took Kessie to the Ivory Coast where they were in the town of a uncle identify as Gustave Bailly ( Balee), a Ivorian Football Administrator who is now denying the claims and refused to identify with the lady.
Madam Payne, reiterated “A year later, Bruno, return from Ivory Coast, and took her to a town called Azaeko Azaeko, where he works for an oil palm cooperation and they where living happily”. She however revealed that the lady identify as Dame Nathalie Djédjé, who is now claiming to be the biological mother to her Children, Kaetayku and Kessie, was her late husband’s girlfriend, and they one day engage into a fist-fight, so as a means to stop her from coming close to Bruno, but in an aftermath she intoned, she “Ma Nancy” became afraid to live in the town as she was often threatens by Nathalie and friends and “ I asked Bruno that I wanted to return to Sinoe and he accepted my request and I came back home, Sinoe” and stated after all those years, she was never in contact with Bruno and her children as she came to Monrovia.
“I want to See my Children “Let me just see my children. “I am not talking about money, Kaetayku and Kessie are my two children my husband at the time; Bruno took them from me in Sinoe to go to school in the Ivory Coast. “since then, I have not seen them. “ I really want to see them, it’s been a very long time, many years”. Ma Nancy Payne, screams.
She reiterated that after several years of persuade in order to see her children, it was in 2021, She engaged the French embassy in assistance for them to help her find the children, Nancy Payne, said.
The Elder Woman, stressed she had told the embassy, that one of her son, would be in Abidjan and the other was in Europe playing football and in respond the French Embassy told her that December Month is the best time to travel to Abidjan because it is the time people travels across African Countries for Vacations and Tourist, since she believe her son was playing football, it would be the best time to search for them, She disclosed.
“One of the staff gave me US 200.00 and told me to go upstairs to his boss. “The boss gave me US 300.00, making it US 500.00 which my son Jacob Dahn and I traveled with. “We passed through Butuo and reached to Danane”. Upon reaching Danane she continued, she started walking in the market not knowing what to do and then bumped into this uncle Bailly who hugged her and they started to talk. “ He told me he thought I was dead and said to me that my husband Bruno died during the war in Ivory Coast“. I was sadden by my late husband death, but however she said (Gustave Bailly) than directed her to a town he reside called Packey, Ivory Coast.
According to Madam Nancy She and her Son Jacob Dahn, thereafter boarded a bus the next day and met Gustave Bailly, who than hosted them and promised to help her find the children on the morning, but the following day he was no where to be found till midnight. “He then promised to them again about the morning hours, he was going to locate Kaetayku and Kessie, but when the morning came he Bailly had escaped the Town, and was no where to be found. She said while they were in the house confused, she said a little boy came and located them to an unidentified man, sitting in a Wheelchair who was said to be the Town Chief for a help out.she said when she met the Man, he acknowledged the Children and pointed at a room the children used to lived, but unfortunately there was a lock at the door.
“She indicated that the man took them to a palava hut, where they saw the uncle (Bailly), and the Town Chief had demanded he to he tell her the whereabout of her Children, and he (Bailly) told them that Kaetayku and Kessie, were in Abidjan and gave me a mobile number to called and locate her Children, but She was never convince and had told him it was wrong, but her son Jacob Dahn in excitement to see his brothers had convinced her that they should go looking for them with the contacts, but When the bus took off to Abidjan, as they try to phone the Mobile Number given, it was wrong as she became frustrated and the Conductor of the bus, had located them to check across the street where there were Liberians, Ghanaians and Nigerians who could help them out, She explained.
“I went there and met some Liberians who told me that my son Kaetayku used to go there but had not been seen for some time and that he was in another part of Abidjan and I was told the city is too big and I saw how developed it was.
“ Why in the area, some men who introduced themeselves to me as witchdoctors said they could do some charm to make me see my children. “ I told them God will do it for me and that I was there with my Bible”. Ma Nancy, explained in Sorrows.
With no sufficient funds, she recalled, of how they were stranded and a police man advised them to stop sleeping in the market because the place is dangers as robbers often harm people. With no alternative, she said they boarded a bus for Liberia.
For his part, Uncle of the Footballer, Ivorian Football Administrator and West African Football Union ( WAFU) coordinator, Gustave Bailly has however denied the allegation on his nephew the Barcelona Star Franck Yannick Kessie, Mr. Bailly has said Ma Nancy Statement is untrue” but didn’t clarify further as to while he is being alleged in the tales as being the uncle (Bailly), who had the Interaction with Ma Nancy Payne, when she and her Son (Jacob Dahn) had visited Ivory Coast in search of her boys.

According to the statement, Mr. Kessie, before his death has had five children, with his wife, Nathalie, namely: Kessié Nadia Israël, Kessié Prince Armel, Kessié Tchétché Franck Fréjus, Kessié Innocent Patrick and Kessié Franck Yannick, the footballer.

Howbeit, Madam Nancy Payne, and her Family is calling on President George Manneh Weah, a former footballer and icon Star of AC Milan to intervene so that a DNA be taken against the Barcelona footballer to served her Justice and rest of claims as she has been grieving yesteryears to see her Children.
