Rev. Dennis Aggrey becomes first bishop of the CRCA overseeing more than 150 churches in Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone

The Mission Director of the Christian Revival Church Association (CRCA) Rev. Dennis Aggrey has been ordained as the first Bishop of Church.

Rev. Aggrey was ordained Friday, January 1,2021 at the River of Liberia Campus in Jangle Farm Lower, Margibi County following his election at this year’s annual convention of the Church.

The Ordained Bishop, however, pledged to use his new position to fulfill the great commission of the gospel by improving the spiritual and physical wellbeing of the people.

Bishop Aggrey said CRCA will continue to provide assistance in the areas agriculture, education, water and sanitation as part of fulfilling the spiritual and physical needs of the people.

He added that  CRCA will endeavor to meet the need of the congregation and pledged to be submissive and rely on the wisdom of the Holy Spirit for direction.

Bishop Aggrey noted that human-being have so many needs that cannot be ignored while spreading the gospel.

“My ordination as Bishop has further given me the inspiration to work harder for the Lord and for humanity.” Bishop Aggrey said.

“I will continue to do things that will bring glory to the Lord and maintain my focus of building Churches and increase the congregation”

Delivering the keynote address at the occasion, the Founder and General Overseer of the Impact Ministries International-Liberia, Bishop Emmanuel G. Freeman reminded the Bishop Aggrey that he has a greater task ahead of him to help transform the society through the gospel and physical empowerment.

Bishop Freeman however expressed confident in the ability of the ordain Bishop in taking CRCA to a greater level in ensuring that the gospel of Jesus Christ reach every community in Liberia and beyond.

He urged Bishop Aggrey to always seek the face of God before taking decision and work along with his rest of the pastors and other leaders of CRCA to maintain the greatness of the Church.

The ordination ceremony was performed by some renowned Bishops in the contemporary Christian history of Liberia, including Bishop Joshua Maxwell  Seh,Sr. of the World Sanctified Ministries International Incorporated and Bishop J. Allen Klayee Jubilee Praise and Worship Center.

The ceremony generated collective emotion by the over two hundred delegates from Liberia, Serra Leone and Guinea.
