Health Minister, Dr. Wilhelmina Jallah, is to brief President George Weah on the prevailing health situation amid the rapid spread of new COVID-19 infections in the country.

On Monday, June 21, 2021, President Weah returned home after attending the 59th Ordinary Summit of ECOWAS Heads of State in Accra, Ghana.

Information Minister, Ledgerhood Rennie, told reporters that any decision made after the briefing would aim at safeguarding the citizenry against scourge of the virus.
